Kate Live in Hollywood!
Kate Walsh will appear live onstage at iO WEST in Hollywood this Monday, September 8. Kate will host THE ARMANDO SHOW, sharing personal anecdotes inspired by an audience suggestion. iO WEST's team of veteran improvisers will, in turn, draw inspiration from Kate's monologues to create hilarious scenes on the fly. This is a fast-paced long-form improv show that usually leaves the audience breathless with laughter.

From The person who sent me the email: I saw Kate play the master of ceremonies for THE ARMANDO SHOW back in February during the WGA strike. Not only is she an absolute SWEETHEART in person, she brings a winsome charm and an expressive honesty to the role of Armando Diaz. Her September reprisal as Armando promises to be chock full of funny, touching and inspiring stories.
Kate Walsh has a big job ahead for fall; she has to help relaunch Private Practice, the much-ballyhooed spinoff of Grey's Anatomy about a beach-based group of randy doctors. But even though her character, Dr. Addison Montgomery, is starting to settle in at the Oceanside Wellness Center (David Sutcliffe guest stars as her boytoy! She asserts herself more around the offices!) she may take another trip back to Seattle Grace sometime in the middle of the season, hints executive producer Shonda Rhimes. "I don't know if it's going to work with the story, and we don't want her to come back for a visit if it doesn't feel important, something only Addison can do," says Rhimes. "But the idea is on the table." This wouldn't be the first homecoming for Walsh's Addison; the comely redhead showed up in a Grey's episode over the spring while Practice was on hiatus.
The Gallery is having some issues right now. In my attempt to clean up, add new pictures and get things to the way I like them, I have encountered some problems. Unfortunately, the only way to fix these problems is to uninstall the gallery and reinstall it. Before I this, I have got to download a WHOLE! bunch of the images, so, things are gonna look a little broken for a while. So, please bare with me.
In other news, did anyone else catch the crash course ABC had on yesterday about their shows? Included in the crash courses were Private Practice and Grey's Anatomy, both of which had clips of Kate in them.
